Your Role:

As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, engaging with customers through live chat, addressing their queries regarding products, orders, and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Handling a variety of support questions from existing customers and sales inquiries from potential customers
• Utilizing your problem-solving skills to adapt to dynamic situations and ensure customer satisfaction

Contract Length:

This is a temporary position, offering flexibility with no fixed term. You'll have the opportunity to work with us during the peak holiday season and enjoy the flexibility of temporary, part-time work.

Rate:

$35 per hour, providing a competitive compensation package for your hard work and dedication.

Hours per Week:
