What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via live chat on our clients' websites or social media accounts. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to resolve customer issues
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers, as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers, as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage workload and prioritize tasks

Essential Qualifications:

* 5+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and navigation of online platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Experience working with social media platforms and online chat tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training provided)
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience principles and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
