Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be the frontline support for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless travel experience and maintaining arenaflex's reputation for outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
