Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Carlisle, PA. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for inputting time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production reports, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot errors. Key Responsibilities
* Input time and production data for all DC associates into Blue Chip computer systems (65% of time) + Summarize production sheets, check for accuracy, and report errors + Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program + Calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards
- Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
- Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time)
- File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time)
- Perform other projects as assigned (5% of time)
Essential Functions
* Technical/Functional Competence: Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including Blue Chip
- Drives Results: Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Analysis & Judgment: Strong analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Quality: Commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining accuracy
Qualifications and Special Skills Required
* Previous clerical/administrative experience
- 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
- Good math skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
- Good interpersonal skills
