Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics

About the Role
As an experienced full stack data analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and creating data visualizations to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our operations and leadership teams to identify key business questions and develop data-driven solutions to address them. Your expertise will be critical in helping us optimize our contact centers, pre-arrival Walt Disney World commerce, and other key business areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
- Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Build data visualizations and presentations to communicate complex insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key business metrics and performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends and technologies, and share expertise and best practices with the team
Essential Qualifications & Skills
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, and analytics
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with time series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
- Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind business decisions and outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Solid experience in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with database management systems
- Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of experience in analytics or data science
Education
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
