Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute input
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new software applications quickly and efficiently
- Experience in data entry or administrative assistant roles is not required but is a plus
