Experienced Manager, Customer Insights Retail Media Network – Data-Driven Growth Strategist

Your Impact

As a Manager of Customer Insights, you'll be the go-to expert for media performance reporting, data visualization, and strategic recommendations. You'll work closely with our top clients, internal partners, and external vendors to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Retail Media Network, and we're excited to have you on board.

What You'll Do

* Develop annual strategic learning plans for our business(es) to drive growth and optimize media investments

• Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, data visualization, and standardized reporting
• Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments
• Deliver data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables
• Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregate insights to support client-facing teams
• Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
• Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to our Retail Media Network and the wider arenaflex organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative

• 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics
• Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
• Expertise in storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
• Experience with A/B testing and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)

• Proven experience in leading teams and driving business impact
• Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment
• Familiarity with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually

• Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
