Job Summary
As a Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Investigation Group in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with account managers to gather and analyze data from various sources, including records, Salesforce, and internal datasets. Your expertise will help us identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, enabling us to make informed business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather data from various sources, including records, Salesforce, and internal datasets
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
- Clean and design data to ensure it's in a format that's easily accessible and usable
- Support account managers in meeting their requests and needs
- Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
- Participate in special projects and research requests as needed
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions and drives
- Develop presentations with data-driven insights for various levels of management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data analytics, computer science)
