Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with retired members or family members to discuss retiree benefits, utilizing authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing inbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts when handling different topics
• Researching participant accounts to provide accurate and efficient responses
• Addressing basic questions or issues, keeping accurate records of all conversations and meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets
• Performing tasks associated with call handling, including basic plan and participant file research and updates
• Providing an accurate and efficient response, keeping accurate records of all conversations and meeting contractual qualitative and quantitative targets
• Facilitating clear and accurate exchange of information to callers, ensuring quality and accuracy of tasks

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience minimum working in an office setting taking inbound calls
• Demonstrated typing/keyboard skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
• Quality and accuracy of tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Public Trust clearance (background check/FINGERPRINTS REQUIRED)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Experience with computer systems and software applications
