Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely data entry services, including data collection, entry, and verification
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service or data entry experience preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, sales, or telemarketing

  • Experience with data entry software, such as Excel or Access
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or data entry, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
