Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the country. You'll interact with hundreds of customers each week, resolving support issues, selling new products and services, and ensuring best-in-class customer experiences. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and reporting
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented, with a strong focus on empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment

  • Sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software, including data entry and reporting
  • Basic knowledge of IT services, including technical troubleshooting and support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment, with a focus on customer service and sales. You'll be required to:

  • Sit/stand for long periods, while using a computer and telephone headset
  • Operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer
  • Move about the office to accomplish tasks, including reaching in any direction, raising or lowering objects, moving objects from place to place, holding onto objects, and moving or exerting force up to 40 pounds
