Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution
  • Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Developing rapport with customers through positive and upbeat interactions
  • Offering solutions rather than excuses to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer to make their experience exceptional
  • Friendly, confident, and self-starting personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and quick troubleshooter with a can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs

Location

We're looking for candidates who reside in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.
