Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
- Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Developing rapport with customers through positive and upbeat interactions
- Offering solutions rather than excuses to resolve customer issues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent customer service attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer to make their experience exceptional
- Friendly, confident, and self-starting personality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and quick troubleshooter with a can-do attitude
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience
- 1 year of call center experience
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs
Location
We're looking for candidates who reside in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.
