What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
• Research and problem-solving: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
• Going above and beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment: You'll have experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll be able to handle multiple tasks and think critically to resolve customer issues.
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
• Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
