We're seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex Store 2723639, located at 1361 Joe Frank Harris Pkwy SE, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
- Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
- Leading shifts on a regular basis and gaining entry-level management experience
- Working in various areas of the store to provide fast and friendly service to customers
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:- Retail and customer service experience
- Entry-level management experience
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Motivation to advance in their career
- Willingness to learn and have fun
Physical Requirements
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
