Responsibilities

* Utilize our ticketing system to communicate and document issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective management of the ticket queue.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot simple and complex issues for IT hardware and software, leveraging remote access tools, automation scripts, and monitoring platforms to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in support delivery.
  • Support departmental goals, such as Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Key Metrics, by providing exceptional technical support and contributing to team initiatives.
  • Adhere to the work schedule and maintain excellent attendance, demonstrating a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

* 1-3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a Help Desk or Call Center environment.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
