Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Entry and Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting customer orders and processing them in our software system
  • Supporting customers with general inquiries on orders, including adjustments, lead times, and order status
  • Responding in a timely manner to billing or invoicing questions
  • Uncovering errors in the order entry system and resolving them as necessary
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support to our customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Written Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Order Entry: Experience with order entry systems and processes
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer service or related role
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility)
