Position Type and Availability
We're seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time Customer Service Professionals to join our team. As a Customer Service Professional, you'll work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We're looking for individuals with open availability, as we strive to provide exceptional service to our guests 24/7.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Consistently following all food safety and physical safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and team members.
* Knowing and following all restaurant policies, procedures, and requirements to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
* Developing superior knowledge of our purpose, vision, mission, strategy, operations, and products to provide exceptional guest experiences.
* Executing daily opening and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures and quality requirements, and holding your peers accountable to these standards.
* Building awareness about safety, holding peers accountable to food safety practices, and reporting any concerns to leadership.
* Providing exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, taking orders, completing transactions, preparing beverages, assembling orders, and cleaning and maintenance.
* Helping to train new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
* Adhering to our core values, including a positive attitude, ability to multitask, team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
Required Skills and Qualities

* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
* Experience working in a team environment and providing excellent guest service.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
