Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering Customer Inquiries Promptly: Respond to customer calls, emails, or in-person visits with a smile, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their queries.
- Resolving Customer Complaints: Identify the root cause of issues and offer effective solutions to turn dissatisfied customers into loyal advocates.
- Processing Orders and Returns: Efficiently manage orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Maintaining Accurate Customer Records: Update customer information in our system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Work closely with colleagues to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and drive results.
- Monitoring Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback, escalating unresolved issues to the Customer Service Manager to ensure timely resolution.
- Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Support the team with filing, data entry, inventory management, and other administrative duties.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Product Knowledge: Stay current with product updates, company policies, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and provide creative solutions to complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software to efficiently manage tasks and data.
