Job Summary
As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers, consumers, and delivery drivers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions. You will also be responsible for documenting delivery information, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, consumers, and delivery drivers
- Handle phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions
- Document delivery information and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth package delivery
- Assist customers with package tracking, delivery status, and other inquiries
- Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

What You'll Need to Succeed
* The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of work shifts
- The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy and research problems for resolution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details and data entry/typing 30 wpm (including 10 key)
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
- Reliable internet connection
- Reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM
