We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients, helping them set up their online shops, troubleshoot issues, and more. About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients via email, live chat, and phone support. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Helping clients set up their online shops, including configuring their E-Commerce platforms and integrating with Printful's services
- Troubleshooting issues with Printful's Store and E-Commerce platforms
- Providing product information and recommendations to clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce
- Experience with customer support software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the ecommerce or tech industry
- Familiarity with Printful's services and products
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce
- Certification in customer service or a related field

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance. However, you'll be required to reside within a commutable distance to our Coppell facility and be willing and able to attend a half-day onsite onboarding and future onsite meetings.
