We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier support to our clients, helping them set up their online shops, troubleshoot issues, and more. About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients via email, live chat, and phone support. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Helping clients set up their online shops, including configuring their E-Commerce platforms and integrating with Printful's services
  • Troubleshooting issues with Printful's Store and E-Commerce platforms
  • Providing product information and recommendations to clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce
  • Experience with customer support software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the ecommerce or tech industry

  • Familiarity with Printful's services and products
  • Experience with E-Commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Work Environment and Culture

As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance. However, you'll be required to reside within a commutable distance to our Coppell facility and be willing and able to attend a half-day onsite onboarding and future onsite meetings.
