Position Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division, where you'll have the opportunity to work from home and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing guidance on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to help simplify customers' healthcare experience, using your knowledge and skills to address their needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.45 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
