Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and integration of conversational AI capabilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Analyzing customer data and conversational insights: Use data analytics and machine learning techniques to identify areas for improvement and inform the development of future chatbot capabilities.
  • Working with engineers, data scientists, and product managers: Collaborate with technical stakeholders to design and implement chatbot features that meet business requirements and customer needs.
  • Defining and refining chatbot personas and user journeys: Develop and iterate on chatbot personas and user journeys to ensure seamless and personalized customer experiences.
  • Leading client testing and post-launch analysis: Conduct thorough testing and analysis of chatbot performance to identify areas for improvement and inform future development.
  • Developing and maintaining chatbot metrics and KPIs: Establish and track key metrics and KPIs to measure chatbot performance and inform business decisions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field: A strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is essential for this role.
  • Experience with conversational AI and chatbot development: A proven track record of developing and deploying conversational AI capabilities is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, are required.
  • Passion for innovation and customer-centricity: A passion for harnessing the potential of AI to drive business growth and customer satisfaction is essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications
