Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. Your primary goal will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve their issues or concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
Key Responsibilities:
