Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Experience in Customer Support: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms.
