Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving issues and discrepancies in our eligibility records, collaborating with various internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely resolutions. Your expertise in records analysis, healthcare industry knowledge, and technical skills will enable you to make a significant impact on our operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and resolve discrepancies in eligibility records, ensuring accuracy and consistency with enrollment package records

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and discrepancies
• Utilize shared mailboxes and work queues to manage and prioritize tasks
• Identify and resolve errors in reports, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
• Reconcile eligibility among systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy
• Monitor and track records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in records analysis and data entry

• Healthcare industry experience, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration)

• Experience working in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines
• Certification in a related field (e.g., Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS), Certified Professional Coder (CPC))
