Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats with ease and professionalism. You will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering billing questions in a timely and accurate manner
• Making policy changes, updating customer information, and processing claims
• Offering recommendations and solutions to customers, ensuring their complete satisfaction
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• In-office position, requiring regular attendance at our Lakeland, FL office (3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811)
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills, with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Ability to work comfortably in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement

About the Role

* Salary: $19.06 per hour / $38,405.90 annually
