We're now seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Area Manager, working remotely in a part-time capacity. As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be a key leader in our Operations team, responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our customer expectations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Supporting, mentoring, and motivating

your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results

Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises

to ensure seamless operations

Collaborating

with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives

Lifting up to 49 pounds

and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks

Standing/walking

for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment

Working in an environment

where the noise level varies and can be loud

Working in an environment

that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)

Continuously climbing and descending stairs

(applies to sites with stairs)

We hire Area Managers based on location preference and the business' current openings. Our current opening is located in Orlando, FL, USA.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $20 to $28 per hour, based on qualifications.
