What You'll Do

As a Customer Service and Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers with payment collection, providing knowledgeable answers, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collection
• Maintaining open communication with managers for feedback and guidance
• Providing customers with scripted customer feedback to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
• Keeping accurate customer notes and records

Who You Are

We're looking for individuals with prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work setting. If you have a background in retail, sales, or wait staff, you'll find that your skills are highly transferable to this role. To be successful in this position, you'll need:

• A GED or High School Diploma
• Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard

Where & When You'll Work

As a remote Customer Service and Payment Collection Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our schedules are consistent week-to-week, allowing you to plan ahead and maintain a healthy work-life balance. You'll work a standard schedule of 10am-6:30pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, with one weekend shift.

Our pay rate starts at $14 per hour, with increases in hourly rate based on performance reviews.
