We are seeking an exceptional Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on digital communications with customers through live chat and email. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing lasting relationships with our valued customers, gathering their requirements, and negotiating terms to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through phone calls, emails, and live chat, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and preferences

  • Identify and investigate customer requirements, providing innovative solutions that meet their unique needs and exceed their expectations
  • Accurately and efficiently calculate costs to provide customers with timely and competitive quotations
  • Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Provide superior customer service, consistently delivering a high level of satisfaction and driving sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Stay informed about forthcoming product developments and special promotions, advising customers on the latest offerings and encouraging them to take advantage of new opportunities
  • Collaborate with suppliers to check inventory quantities and order progress, ensuring seamless delivery and minimizing delays
  • Gather market and customer insights to provide valuable feedback on future buying trends, helping arenaflex refine its product offerings and business strategies
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities, driving growth and expansion through innovative thinking and strategic partnerships
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results that exceed expectations and contribute to the success of the team

Qualifications:

* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience preferred

  • Enthusiastic sales professional with a proven track record in industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or strong customer service experience
  • Strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and the ability to type 40 WPM
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with customers
  • Strong team player with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in a sales environment, consistently seeking new opportunities and driving growth through innovative thinking
  • High level of professionalism with strong attention to detail, consistently delivering a high level of service and exceeding customer expectations
