The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering world-class service to our customers from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshooting technical issues, upselling products and services, and adjusting billing as needed
* Assessing customer needs, suggesting products and services, and arranging product solutions
* Exceeding customer expectations with world-class customer service
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
What You'll Get
* Competitive hourly rate of $18.00, with opportunities to earn extra $1.25/hour from 6pm-10pm and/or $2.25/hour from 10:01pm-6am

What We're Looking For
* High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
* 6 months experience providing customer service or selling products and services
* Ability to work from home with high-speed internet connection
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
* Keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
* Previous telecommunications experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
* 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
* 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
* Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and thrive in constant change
