Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, providing product and service information, and developing key selling skills. Key Responsibilities

• Administer inbound calls, engaging with entrepreneurs and executives, and gathering information about their needs and preferences.
• Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex's Independent Venture Services.
• Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales.
• Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a high-speed, organized customer service environment.
• Archive essential record data according to established procedures and protocols.

Essential Qualifications

• Customer care experience (two years+) with a proven track record of building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment (two years+).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, measurement-driven environment with the capacity to multitask and navigate an online environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing).
• Experience with arenaflex's products and services.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer care and sales.
