Job Overview

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team as Customer Service Advocates. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for members and providers, managing inbound and outbound communication with professionalism. You'll respond to inquiries related to membership, benefits, and claims, providing accurate and timely information. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities will enable you to identify and rectify errors in data, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with client standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary contact for members and providers, managing inbound and outbound communication with professionalism.
  • Responding to inquiries related to membership, benefits, and claims, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Reviewing and processing membership applications, ensuring all necessary details are complete and correct.
  • Maintaining and updating member records within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance with client standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to elevate member satisfaction.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or membership databases.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and rectify errors in data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits
