Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • First Point of Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries, resolving their issues, and providing guidance on website-related matters, products, and payments.
  • Query Resolution: You'll work closely with customers to resolve their queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their issues are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: You'll assist customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details, ensuring that their orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: You'll maintain accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database, ensuring that we can track and analyze customer interactions effectively.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Education: A High School Diploma is mandatory, and a higher education or specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point.
  • Language Proficiency: English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary.
  • Location: Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this role.
