Job Summary

As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and ability to multitask to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

• Provide detailed information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
• Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and dealerships
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and reporting
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong ability to multitask, with experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments a plus
• Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee growth

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong ability to multitask, with experience in gaming or other fast-paced environments a plus
