Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part Time/Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistants. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales and visual merchandising efforts, operating cash registers, and assisting with inventory and order fulfillment. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and welcoming customers and guests, demonstrating active selling, and ensuring a high-quality customer service experience

• Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up seasonal promotions and visual displays, and maintaining the appearance of the sales floor
• Operate cash registers, assist customers with check-out, and execute appropriate cash handling procedures
• Support inventory and order fulfillment efforts, including receiving and processing incoming merchandise and assisting with special orders and store-to-store shipping requests
• Assist with responding to customer inquiries and supporting the digital and in-store shopping experience
• Work successfully as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Be dependable in attendance and punctuality, and flexible in scheduling based on business needs

Qualifications

* Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills

• Moderate computer/systems competency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to occasionally climb ladders
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required
