Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Strategist to join our team, responsible for driving first-party consumer data collection and activation strategies across our digital ecosystem. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll work closely with Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other brand development groups to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for collecting, managing, and utilizing first-party customer data across our digital environment

• Design and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, customer enrollments, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable customer insights
• Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align first-party customer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with industry regulations and standards

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, computer science)

• 8-12 years of experience in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership roles
• Proven track record of driving data-driven customer engagement strategies and advocating for customer-centric experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret business goals into meaningful customer engagement strategies
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, computer science)

• Experience working with data visualization tools and analytics platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-based data management systems and data warehousing technologies
• Certification in data science, marketing analytics, or a related field
