Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats, providing expert solutions to a diverse range of customer inquiries. You'll work closely with our product teams to stay up-to-date on the latest offerings, ensuring that you can provide accurate and informed responses to customer questions.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries

  • Recognize individual customer service needs and resolve their inquiry, utilizing your expertise and product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service
  • Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers
  • Maintain and update customer-related information systems to ensure that our records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Respond to customers through a variety of channels, including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet, and written correspondence as appropriate
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of product ranges and services to provide excellent service
  • Serve customers across the product portfolio and resolve a wide range of common inquiries

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in contact/call center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Good/Excellent Computer Skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Effective time management and self-accountability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with disabilities or language barriers
