Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Agent & Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Utilizing your technical skills to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes
Essential Qualifications:
* 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
