Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand every single day. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the company.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

Schedule:

* 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week)

  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
  • Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
  • Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related field.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.

Skills and Competencies:
