Key Responsibilities
As a Network Protection Examiner Understudy, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to develop high-quality technical solutions
- Ensuring solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and compliance with departmental standards
- Managing project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Acting as a resource to ensure effective communication between business and IT groups
- Participating in system and acceptance testing
- Scope of work may vary depending on the team project
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk relief standards, theories, and strategies liked
- Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm liked
- Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) liked
- Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement liked
- Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program liked
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders liked
- Fundamental knowledge of technical environment required
- Openness to Agile philosophies liked
- Coursework or experience related to Network protection liked
- Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines liked
- Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year liked
- Experience tackling business issues in a capstone or case competition liked
