Work From Home Opportunity
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our remote work program is designed to provide a safe, secure, and ergonomic work environment that's conducive to productivity and success. With a minimum of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed, you'll be able to connect with guests and colleagues seamlessly, and enjoy the benefits of working from home.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming contacts from guests around the world, including voice, email, and chat interactions
- Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with Marriott properties, related company contacts, and third parties
- Following all company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets and guest privacy
- Welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation
Preferred Qualifications
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience or supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
