Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful assistance to resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues. You will work independently, using your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful assistance to resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues
  • Utilize product knowledge and resources to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to manage your workload
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your workload effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer requests
  • Reliable internet connection and a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems, such as CRM platforms and ticketing systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
