About the Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator in the Chemical Division, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service from order entry to delivery and invoicing. You'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with our customers, both internally and externally. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust and rapport with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing solutions to their questions and concerns

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both internally and externally, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Act as a liaison and advocate for the customer within all departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues
  • Monitor accuracy of reporting and order information, reviewing customer complaints and implementing countermeasures to improve service
  • Plan, prioritize, and implement work tasks to ensure proper functioning and meet customer needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's brands, systems, products, and processes to provide expert support to customers

Qualifications

* Relevant customer service and/or sales experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated performance in designing service-related improvements for customers

Preferred Qualifications

* SAP experience

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree
