Job Description
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries about our clients' services and products
- Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
