Experienced Data Entry Specialist (Remote) – E-File and Document Management

As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, working closely with colleagues to review and file legal documents using online platforms and tools developed by arenaflex.

Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a remote position, but you must be located in Alaska to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve issues and address concerns

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • Tech experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Familiarity with the legal services industry
  • Basic knowledge of online platforms and tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
