Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with potential for extension up to 2 years. As a Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes, while meeting production and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
* Enter claims in compliance with established procedures and meet production and quality standards
- Identify and resolve eligibility edits, and refer all other edits to Claims Examiners
- Work with multiple monitors and navigate various software systems, including Windows platform and AS400 (MS DOS) system
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage data and communicate with team members
- Collaborate with providers to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate data entry
- Meet daily metrics and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the insurance and financial products industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working with Windows platform and AS400 (MS DOS) system
- Ability to work with multiple monitors and navigate various software systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working with provider data demographics and insurance products
- Familiarity with claims processing and eligibility edits
- Experience in a production work environment with daily metrics and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
