Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a dynamic and varied role that requires a combination of sales, customer care, and teamwork skills. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm, welcoming experience
• Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Working with our food program to provide excellent customer service and promote sales
• Maintaining store appearance and providing fast and friendly service to customers
• Interacting with customers daily, resolving issues, and providing solutions
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive store environment
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong sales and customer care skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional bending, twisting, and grasping

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

• Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales skills
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
