Job Summary

As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs effectively, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries via live chat
  • Assisting guests with reservation modifications and cancellations
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving strategies
  • Providing information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions
  • Documenting guest interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements
