Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Customer Support Representative for arenaflex's Airbnb cleaning operation, you will be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to potential customers to promote our cleaning services and manage bookings
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure our clients have a seamless experience with our cleaning services
  • Managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our sales and customer support team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our services remain competitive and of the highest quality

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Previous sales and customer support experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Familiarity with Airbnb and cleaning services is a plus, but not required
