Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time, rotational shift basis. As a night shift specialist, you'll be working from 12:00 am to 11:00 am, Monday to Sunday, with a 1-hour break. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with online orders: Provide timely and accurate support to customers placing orders through our food ordering app.
- Phone support: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Secure payment processing: Process payments securely and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Proactive support: Identify and escalate priority issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the team to improve customer support, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Service quality maintenance: Continuously monitor and improve service quality, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent: In any field, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
- At least 6 months of customer support experience: Call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- B2 level proficiency in English: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for this role.
- Interpersonal skills: Customer service-oriented, active listening, and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Technical Skills
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy: Efficient typing skills are essential for handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
- Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office is required.
Preferred Qualifications
